Because of the seasonal nature of Micah’s work, we have to slow down our debt snowball in the summer. But that’s ok, because debt repayment doesn’t have to stress us out. We just have to stay motivated and stick with it as long as it’s one of our goals.

A Tip for Sizing Your Engagement and Wedding Rings

We got engaged in the end of June (2006), so I had my ring sized for fat fingers (Delaware gets quite humid too). We got married in July but I got to weigh in on that ring and had it sized that March. It wasn’t humid at all and quite cool, so my fingers were their svelte selves. Now the engagement ring fits quite comfortably in the summer but the wedding ring is too tight and uncomfortable.
