So, I’m a little confused, but happy. The library I interviewed at on December 4th just called up and offered me the job. Some 2+ weeks later, I’d kinda figured they decided to go with someone else. Though she did say that I’d hear back within 3 weeks–I just thought she meant if I didn’t get hired.
I went through an initial confused shock, but now I’m happy. I also interviewed for an exciting job yesterday (and yes, I still have time for it in my schedule). Haven’t heard back from him yet but I’ll keep you updated. I won’t start at the library until Dec 31st.

I had the chance to check my other work schedule today, since I’d volunteered for extra January shifts before I knew I’d be working at the library. Great news—they don’t overlap even once! Big relief.
