Met one of October’s Goals

I forgot to mention a couple days ago when I completed one of October’s goals. I was close when I bought the domain, but I completed it when my most recent article about Migrating Your Blog to Wordpress was published on Associated Content. (One of the best ways to get writing ideas is to think about something you’ve just done and explain it to others.) I have now earned $23 in October from writing. Not to mention $4 in September. And I have the costume job lined up which will help me wayyyy over October’s goals.

Also, I called Wachovia and talked to their customer service people about getting checks and debit cards and such. They were great. So those are in the mail for our new checking account. Once we have access, and all our checks have cleared, we’ll be closing accounts and transferring money into this new one. Then it’ll be savings account time, but that shouldn’t be as stressful. Money sits there, it doesn’t have to cover checks and debit card purchases.
