Today my boss apologized for being impatient yesterday. She said it was PMS. And I added that the phone was ringing off the hook, which must have stressed her out further. She agreed. We then talked a bit about my upcoming birthday plans, psychology, and why she really likes having this job. It was a good talk. I’m now a bit less worried about the whole getting fully hired thing.
This morning’s been going well. I’m working on an idea for an upcoming blog carnival. And I registered with Blog Action Day to post about the environment on Oct. 15. I developed certain environmentally-friendly practices while living in a special interest house last year, I’m not sure which one I’ll blog about (yet). Oh, and No Impact Man has been talking lately about “changing the message.” I think it’s a good idea and may write a response.
Grace and peace to all!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a boss tell me they were impatient because of PMS, but then again i’ve never reported to a woman.

Well, male bosses can’t quite use that as a reason. I do know that if I find myself getting irrationally angry, I should at least do a quick calculation. Then I can be more aware for the next few days.

Good that is good luck!! I have worked for females that do not appologize!! Things are looking up for you good!! It is great you can have a true open line of communication with your boss. That is a gift because, that is rare. I hope your birthday was great and you enjoyed the splurge. Annette
